1. Collection of Transfer Details
We collect customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, flight numbers, pickup locations, and destinations exclusively to quote, schedule, and execute your transfer. Data is transmitted directly via SSL encryption.

2. WhatsApp Communication
If you choose to submit inquiries or customer feedback via WhatsApp, your message data is processed through WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms Inc. under their respective privacy policies. We do not store or export your contact details to third-party marketing brokers.

3. Data Retention & Passenger Rights
Your transfer details are retained only for as long as required for logistical execution, legal invoicing, and Swiss accounting obligations. You have the right at any time to request information regarding your stored data or request its correction or deletion by emailing info@nischutransfer.ch.
